Who Needs It:  For some blogs, this tool could add an extra layer of interest to your comments section.

Quite a nifty embed for your blog. Allows people to leave a comment via telephone which is then posted for others to replay at your site. You still retain moderator rights. I would guess this has better application where a more exclusive blog clientele has little time or interest in leaving profanity laden tracks back to their low IQ. So if your blog appeals to adolescent topics, best to leave this one alone.
